Will County Courthouse Renovation - SDPA Group

Our firm has provided several space studies which have gradually changed every floor of the 129,000 square foot Will County Courthouse building from mostly General County Administration to Court Related Spaces.  Our services were provided to the Will County Public Building Commission which owns and maintains the building.  Nearly all the adaptive re-use planning resulted in creating new courtrooms, chambers and related spaces and the relocation of county board meeting rooms, administration, county clerk, states attorney and other county offices to nearby buildings.  Following the space analysis and budget preparation, our firm prepared construction documents for the most recent project including seven intricate phases on all 4 floors in order to avoid interruption in courthouse services.
