The living centers are a group of three, one-story 5,000 square foot buildings located on about twelve acres of wooded property. Drives and parking areas provide access to the buildings. Each building is designed to house sixteen developmentally disabled residents in a home-like setting with staff supervision. Each resident has a single bedroom with closet and groups of four bedrooms share a bathroom facility with water closet, lavatory, and shower.
Each building has a living room, family room, laundry room, full kitchen, a large multi-purpose dining room, and a quiet room with 50-gallon aquarium for relaxation. Staff also have an office in each building for ease of supervision and assistance.
