Isle a la Cache - SDPA Group

The Isle a la Cache project involved many elements of restoration and stabilization.  The project included a 2,200 square foot addition which contained ADA toilet rooms, an accessible entry, library and museum gallery space.  The renovation provided office space on the main level.  Considerable structural work was required to stabilize building supports.  Many existing building code and ADA issues were addressed.  A completely new heating, ventilating and air conditioning system was installed.  The exterior appearance of the addition was designed to match the existing building elevations.  The site design included an accessible path of travel from the parking area to the entry.
